We are looking for experienced Sales Team Leads with a strong sales and channel development background to join our growing Micro Finance company.

JOB DETAILS:
The Sales Team Lead will manage a sales team of Direct Sales agents in Onboarding customers/users in an assigned territory. The main responsibilities of the role are to increase Revenue and customer base while maintaining customer service and long-lasting customer relationships. The sales team lead will be responsible for promoting the Company brand and ensuring all company messages are accurately communicated to customers.

DUTIES
• Train, manage and motivate direct sales agents in assigned territory.
• Communicate and monitor sales objectives to the team.
• Motivate team members and assess sales performance.
• Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members.
• Actively onboard new customers and ensure customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Prepare sales and activity reports for management.
• Recommend new business prospects and potential new markets for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma in any related field or a Grade 12 Certificate with Experience in Sales and Marketing – fieldwork
• Experience in managing a team of DSAs
• Experience in field sales and store activation
• Able to work independently while being a team player
• Ability to recruit potential agents
• Strong Geographical Knowledge of the market
• Proficient in computer use.
