Responsibilities.
• Monitors subordinates performance to ensure total market coverage and accuracy of reports
• Carries out market surveys and market intelligence in the motor industry
• Designs and implements sales strategies and plans
• Designs localized promotions to increase brand visibility, preference, growth and sales dominance
• Manages customers concerns
• Measures subordinates performance daily/monthly
• Deigns, reviews and monitors sales controls
Requirements
• First Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• •5 years relevant experience in motor industry.
• Excellent Leadership Skills
• Experience setting Sales Goals .
