Spectrum Credit Ltd is conducting walk-in interviews for energetic, ambitious, and target-oriented Sales Agents across our branches in Lusaka and Kabwe.

Remuneration / Incentive:
💰 Commission Based: Earn K400 for every successful loan disbursed!

Available Branches & Walk-In Interview Locations:

Interviews will be held simultaneously at the following branches:

• East Park Branch: Garden Plaza, Lusaka
• Matero Branch: Kent Complex, Lusaka
• Kabwe Branch: L&E Complex, Misutu Street, Kabwe
• Avondale Branch: Avondale Square, Lusaka

Walk-In Interview Details:

• Date: Tuesday, 13th October 2026
• Time: 09:00 hrs
• Requirements to Bring: Updated CV, academic/professional qualifications, and a clear copy of your National Registration Card (NRC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell Spectrum Credit loan products and financial solutions to prospective clients.
• Prospect, identify, and onboard new eligible borrowers.
• Assist clients with loan application requirements and documentation.
• Meet monthly client acquisition and disbursement targets.
