Jungle Hive is looking for an experienced, energetic and commercially driven Restaurant Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations and help drive the business to the next level. We are looking for a leader who can do more than manage staff — we need someone who can grow sales, increase customer traffic and build a strong restaurant culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar
• Lead, train and motivate the entire team
• Drive sales, customer traffic and repeat business
• Develop and execute creative promotions and marketing initiatives
• Monitor food & beverage costs, stock and wastage
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and performance
• Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent customer experience
• Monitor daily sales and prepare management reports
• Work closely with the owners to achieve agreed business targets
• Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability

• Proven experience managing a restaurant, bar or hospitality business
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and customer traffic
• Strong marketing and promotional ideas
• Good financial and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
