We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team and support the growth of our products across the Zambian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and shelf arrangement.
- Maintain agreed planograms and product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and identify out-of-stock items.
- Check product pricing, promotions, and expiry dates.
- Submit regular store visit and stock reports.
- Build professional relationships with store staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit multiple stores.
- Basic reporting and smartphone skills.
- Valid driving license is a must.
