Position: Runners / Barbacks
Location: Livingstone, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Taco Factory by 1903 in Livingstone is looking for energetic, quick, and hardworking Runners / Barbacks to support food delivery and bar service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hot food orders swiftly and accurately from the kitchen pass to dining tables.
- Support bartenders by restocking beers, spirits, wines, mixers, glassware, and fresh ice.
- Clear empty plates, glasses, and utensils from guest tables promptly.
- Assist in wiping down and resetting tables quickly during high-volume periods.
- Maintain back-of-house organization and support general service flow.
Candidate Profile:
- High stamina, agility, speed, and enthusiasm.
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience is an advantage, but great work ethic and willingness to learn are what count most.
