Position: Loader Operators
Location: Kitwe, Copperbelt, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
A reputable logistics and commodity handling company in Kitwe is seeking skilled, safety-oriented Loader Operators to operate front-end and wheel loaders on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate front-end loaders to load bulk commodities, coal, minerals, and aggregates onto trucks and stockpiles.
- Carry out daily equipment inspections (hydraulics, oils, tyres, buckets, controls) and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Work in close coordination with ground crews, weighbridge operators, and truck drivers following site safety plans.
- Ensure maximum operational safety and adhere to zero-harm protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Valid certified Front-End Loader Operator Certificate / Permit.
- Proven heavy equipment operating experience.
- Reliable, disciplined, and willing to work in Kitwe.
