1. LEGAL STUDIES DIVISION
1.1 Position 1: Senior Lecturer – Legal Studies (1)
Job Purpose:
To plan, design, deliver, coordinate and evaluate law programmes in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the clients for their improved performance and relevance in the industry.
Reports to: Head of Department
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 5 ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University awarding a BA/BSc Degree
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Merit
- Master of Laws
- PhD Degree in Law or Doctor of Laws (LL.D)
- 5 years’ relevant post graduate
- Evidence of
- Excellent oral and written communication

- Computer literate

Location: Main Campus, Lusaka
1.2 Position 2: Lecturer, Legal Studies (2)
Job Purpose:
To plan, design, deliver, coordinate and evaluate Law programmes in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the clients for their improved performance and relevance in the industry.

2. BUSINESS STUDIES DIVISION
2.1 Position 3: Senior Lecturer – Accounting (1)
Job purpose
To design, deliver, and evaluate Accounting training programmes in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the clients for their improved performance and relevance in the Industry.
Reports to: Head – Accounting, Banking and Finance
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 5 ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a
- First Degree with Merit preferred in
- Master’s Degree in
- PhD Degree in Accounting and Finance related
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate relevant experience is required for the

2.2 Position 4: Senior Lecturer – Financial Management (1)
Job Purpose
To design, deliver, and evaluate Financial Management training programmes in order to impart relevant knowledge and skills required by the clients for their improved performance and relevance in the Industry.

2.3 Position 5: Senior Lecturer, Information and Communication Technology/Computing (1×2)
Job Purpose:
To provide and offer quality consultancy and training in Information Communication
Technology (ICT) courses to various categories of students in order to help them fully participate in both national and personal development.
Reports to: Head – Information and Communication Technology Education
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- 5 ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University awarding a BA/BSc Degree qualification or equivalent.
- BA/BSc Degree with Merit preferred in Computer Science or
- Master’s Degree in Computer
- PhD Degree in Computer
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate relevant experience at supervisory levels is required for the task.

2.4 Position 6: Lecturer, Business Studies Division (1) – Ndola
Job Purpose

3 MANAGEMENT STUDIES DIVISION
3.1 Position 7: Lecturer, Management Studies
(1) Job Purpose

4. RESEARCH, CONSULTANCY AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
Position 8: Senior Research Consultant, Research (1×2)
Job Purpose
Plans, designs and conducts research and development activities to enhance the Institute’s performance and delivery of services to the clients. Role holder is involved in research, data generation and collection using standard and well-defined methods. The purpose of the position is to provide well researched and analyzed information, economic and statistical data on social and economic matters to be used by the Institute and stakeholders for policy direction and decision making. The role is aimed at assisting in the review and strengthening of the Research, Consultancy and Development activities execution capacity of the Division.
Reports to: Chief Consultant, Research
Knowledge and Skills requirements
- 5 ‘0’ Levels or higher acceptable at a
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with merit
- Master’s Degree in social PhD Degree in Social Sciences
- Minimum five (05) years’ experience in applied research with ability to initiate and execute a diverse portfolio of research projects.

4.2 Position 9: Senior Research Consultant, Consulting
(1) Job Purpose
