Project Overview
The USAID DISCOVER-Health Project implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (ISI) is a USAID-funded project whose mandate is to provide quality integrated health services to the Zambian people. The project operates in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) to deliver various health services to underserved communities. The COVID-19 pandemic has created an added burden on the health system in Zambia. As part of its mandate and with funding from USAID, USAID DISCOVER-Health implements interventions that support the GRZ's national COVID-19 response.
Purpose:
JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) is soliciting proposals for the procurement of monthly fuel services for USAID DISCOVER Health vehicles attached to program implementation. The services we sort include the provision of fuel accounts across the supported districts, facility for online fuel dispensation, online fuel ordering system, online review of payment statements, and balance of accounts. This procurement is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Rules and Regulations and Provisions.
