Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete daily operations, profitability, and customer service standards of the Mwinilunga butchery outlet.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including cashiers, blockmen, and support team members.
• Manage meat inventory, daily orders, stock rotation, wastage control, and cold chain integrity.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, food safety, meat hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales targets, track revenue, handle customer feedback, and maintain daily banking reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in retail, supermarket butchery, or FMCG outlets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory management skills.
• High integrity, excellent customer relation skills, and numeracy proficiency.
