About the Role:
Fakulin Agriculture Zambia Ltd is looking for driven, experienced, and commercially savvy Sales Managers to accelerate the growth of our agricultural and agrochemical product portfolio. The candidates will manage key client accounts, expand market coverage, and meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to drive revenue across designated territories.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong business relationships with commercial farmers, agro-dealers, and agricultural cooperatives.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities and pricing, and identify new market opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding agrochemical usage and crop protection solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Established customer networks and strong, traceable client relationships within the Zambian agricultural sector.
- In-depth knowledge of competitor products, pricing structures, and agrochemical market dynamics.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Self-driven, motivated, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
