JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals to join our hospitality and retail teams in Lusaka.
Role
Manage daily cafe and restaurant operations, supervise and schedule staff, oversee stock and POS cash-ups, and maintain high customer service and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with POS/inventory systems. Previous management experience in a restaurant or cafe is an added advantage.
