Position: Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager provides strategic oversight of site-wide mining operations, ensuring efficient performance, strict cost control, high throughput, and total regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and optimize daily mining extraction, mineral processing, processing plant operations, and material handling.
• Drive operational efficiency, meeting production targets while upholding stringent safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and asset utilization across all site activities.
• Formulate operational budgets, manage operating costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities, local communities, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of mining or industrial operational experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of mineral processing, asset management, supply chain logistics, project execution, and mining safety standards.
