Position: Coal Yard Coordinator / Supervisor
Location: Kitwe, Copperbelt, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

A reputable logistics and bulk commodity distribution firm in Kitwe is seeking an experienced and decisive Coal Yard Coordinator / Supervisor to oversee site yard operations, material handling, and dispatch flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily coal yard operations, stockpile management, and material handling workflows.
• Coordinate truck traffic, loading queues, wheel loader deployments, and weighbridge procedures.
• Ensure accurate stock tallies, prevent product contamination, and manage segregation of coal grades.
• Supervise yard general workers and machine operators, ensuring strict occupational health and safety compliance.
• Maintain daily material movement records and liaise with logistics dispatch coordinators.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Mining, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a bulk commodity yard, coal handling facility, or mining logistics depot.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable, disciplined, and willing to work in Kitwe.
