Position: Server Hosts (Male/Female)
Glamville is inviting enthusiastic, polite, and customer-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as Server Hosts in Lusaka.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in related work (food service, waitressing, hosting, or front-of-house hospitality).
- Key Trait: Proven track record of Excellent Customer Service and a welcoming personality.
- Well-groomed, articulate, punctual, and attentive to customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dining environment and handle shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome, greet, and seat arriving guests with courtesy and enthusiasm.
- Present menus, explain dining specials, answer questions, and take accurate food/drink orders.
- Serve food and beverage orders promptly and ensure high table-side service standards.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure complete dining satisfaction.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and keep tables clean, tidy, and appropriately reset.
