SENIOR CLAIMS OFFICER

Head Office

Meanwood General Insurance is inviting applications from suitably quali- fied individuals to fill the position of Senior Claims Officer.

REQUIREMENTS.

  • Diploma in Insurance
  • Two years Experience dealing with claims
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Must be honest and trust worthy

DUTIES.

  • Investigate, evaluate and settle claims
  • Adjust claims to reduce loss ratio.
  • Adjust reserve to be consistent with claims outstanding
  • Examine claims investigated by motor assessors/Loss adjusters. Verify if claims submitted matches with what is covered in policies. Attend to customer complaints/ Generation of claims reports.
  • Any other duties assigned
