Job description:

Purpose of the Role:

To be keeping financial records updated, preparing of invoices and ensure reconciliation of all books of accounts.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Record and post bank transactions
• Verifying accounts receivables and report all cash balances
• Record and post all petty cash transactions

• Raising and issuing customer invoices
• Reconciliation of customer’s accounts
• Ensure invoice distribution and preparation of account statements for third party investors.

• Perform revenue reconciliations
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 school certificate.
• Diploma in Finance or Accounting, ZICA Level II, ACCA Level II, CIMA Level II
• Experience in real estate, construction, property development will an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ work experience in similar role
