JOB OPPORTUNITY: FARM CARETAKER NEEDED IN KAPIRI M’POSHI

I am looking for a trustworthy and hardworking person who is willing to stay with my mother at our farm in Kapiri M’poshi.

About the opportunity:

The farm already has fields for farming, and a two-room house is available for accommodation. The caretaker’s main responsibility will be to stay at the farm, keep an eye on the place, and assist my mother with farming activities during the rainy season.

I will provide the necessary farming inputs, including fertilizer and weed killer.

There is also a garden and a generator for pumping water to irrigate the crops. The caretaker will be allowed to use the garden and generator to grow crops. The crops can then be transported to the Copperbelt, including Kitwe, for sale.

How we will work together:

This is not a monthly salary or fixed-wage job. Instead, it is a farming partnership. We will work together, sell the crops, and share the profits according to an agreed arrangement. We will also share the harvest from the existing fields.

I am looking for someone who is serious, honest, responsible, and interested in working together to develop the farm and make a profit.

Location: Kapiri M’poshi, Zambia
Accommodation: A two-room house is available at the farm.
Payment: Profit-sharing arrangement, not a monthly salary.
