Background
This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment within our private company. The Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions. They will also be responsible for training employees on safety procedures, investigating accidents and incidents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. A relevant certification in safety management is highly desirable.
Experience
