Qualifications:
- Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
- Certificate in Hotel Management or related hospitality courses.
- Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
- Open to both Male and Female applicants.
Duties:
- I Manage bar operations.
- II. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- II Monitor bar inventory.
- Create a diverse range of cocktails.
- III. Manage departmental budgets.
- IV. Act as the second in command to the Hotel Manager.
- V. Engage with clients in a friendly and attentive manner.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (For all positions):
- Must be a Zambian citizen.
- Minimum age of 25 years and above.
- Must be hardworking, honest, responsible, and professional.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
