Position: Bartender (Male/Female)

Glamville is seeking an energetic, friendly, and skilled Bartender to craft quality beverages and deliver memorable guest experiences at our bar in Lusaka.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in a busy lounge, bar, or restaurant.
• Key Trait: Highly flexible, agile, and adept at multitasking during busy peak periods.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, mocktails, coffee/barista drinks, and beverage presentation.
• Great interpersonal communication and friendly customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, classic and signature cocktails, and beverages accurately.
• Engage warmly with patrons, assess customer preferences, and offer beverage recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hygienic, and well-stocked bar counter and workstation.
• Manage bar stock, monitor inventory levels, and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
