Tender for the Supply and Delivery of 2000 ready boards at Rural Electrification Authority (REA)

1. The Rural Electrification Authority (REA) has received funds from the Government of the Republic of Zambia towards the cost of Rural Electrification Projects, and it intends to apply part of these funds towards payments under the Contract for supply and delivery of 2000 Ready Boards.

2. The Rural Electrification Authority now invites eligible citizen bidders to tender for the supply and delivery of ready boards.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022 and is open to citizen bidders only.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased through the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) electronic Government Procurement platform by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in a freely-convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified cheque.

5. Submission of bids for this tender is by electronic means ONLY on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) e-Government Procurement platform.
