Expression of Interest Construction of 10 blocks of 1x2 semi-detached flats at United Church of Zambia St Margaret's Congregation
The United Church of Zambia St Margaret's Congregation of Kitwe is inviting interested and eligible Construction Companies to express interest in the construction of 10 blocks of 1 x 2 semi-detached flats at its Nana East Legacy Housing Project located in Nkana East Kitwe. Interested Companies should provide information that demonstrates that they have the required experience and capabilities to execute the project.
The short listing criteria will include the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- PACRA printout detailing the Directors & shareholders of the Company Tax Clearance Certificate - 2023
- VAT registration Certificate
- Workers Compensation Compliance Certificate - 2023
- NAPSA Compliance Certificate - 2023
- EIZ Certificate - 2023
- NCC Certificate Grade 5 or better-Category B (General Building & Housing) VALID Public Liability Insurance Policy
- VALID Employers Liability Insurance
- Company Profile
- General experience of the Company in construction demonstrating capacity 13. Evidence showing technical expertise of the Company in carrying out

Submission Procedure
Interested bidders will be required to deposit a non-refundable fee of K500.00 into UCZ St Margaret's' Congregation Bank Account number 9130001125536 held at Kitwe Main Stannic Bank Zambia Branch Obote Avenue.
Bids clearly marked 'Expressions of Interest for the Construction of 10 blocks 1 x 2 Semi-detached flats" must be sent electronically to [email protected] not later than 3rd February 2023 at 17:00 hours. The "Expression of Interest" shall be opened immediately after close of time. Any "Expression of Interest" that will be received after the stipulated time above will not be considered.
