15 DEPOT COORDINATORS WANTED
NEWGROWCO is a Company based in Lusaka, doing mainly agriculture commodity trading and services in Zambia and the Southern region of Africa.
NEWGROWCO wishes to invite applications to fill the 15 Vacancies in the listed locations hereunder:- KALULUSH, MPONGWE, NDOLA, LUFWANYAMA, KASUMBALESA, KAPIRI, KABWE, MASANSA, SERENJE, MASANSA BWOMBWE, LUSAKA KEEMBE SITE, LUSAKA TIGER SITE, CHIBOMBO, KATETE, CHIPATA, NYIMBA, PETAUKE
SOME OF THE DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED
1. Inspecting, grading, and buying grains that include maize, soya beans, sunflowers, and wheat before it is stored in some open storage facilities
2. Preparing all payment schedules for the farmers as well as keeping in constant touch with the bank paying farmers on our behalf.
3. Supervising the stacking of all commodities when buying and loading when dispatching 4. Updating all the records as per company standards.
5. Carrying out timely stocking taking with Depot staff as well as spot audit with auditors from the head office.
6. Reconcile the physical stock and various materials received and used with regard to book balance as well as the collateral Managers Representatives.
7. Raising Goods Received Notes for all commodities received and Goods Dispatch Notes for all dispatch.
8. Ensuring that trucks for Export have all the documents necessary for Exporting before they are dispatched.
9. Any other duties as delegated by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Full Grade Twelve (12) certificate
- Diploma in Agriculture/Business in Agriculture and related fields
- 5 Years’ experience in Crop Management
- Valid Police clearance certificate/Fingerprints Computer Literate
