JOB DETAILS:
Synergy is a leading breeding and producer of white corn
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and will responsible for evaluating finance and business performance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of the finance function.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supporting the development and implementation internal controls
• Financial planning through annual business forecasting
• Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives
• Providing financial analysis for various company functions
• Supporting the financial decision and budget process
• Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget
• Implementation of budgetary control and cost management techniques
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts and reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with internal and External Audit processes

Qualifications
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or ACCA/CIMA
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or Audit
• Experience in an Audit firm will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write, reports,
• policies, procedures and processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
