Position: Cashiers
Outlet / Branch: Mwinilunga Outlet

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Process point-of-sale customer transactions accurately using cash, mobile money, and electronic cards.
• Issue printed receipts and provide polite, helpful customer service to retail butchery shoppers.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and reconcile cash floats at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with the shop manager and blockmen to ensure prompt service and stock flow.
• Keep the checkout and till counter clean, organized, and secure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Certificate in Cashiering, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Previous retail till experience, preferably in a supermarket or food butchery outlet.
• High level of honesty, numeracy skills, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.
