Overview:
Ebony Gardens and Club Ebony, a premier hospitality and entertainment establishment in Kitwe, is seeking honest, sharp, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate billing, and ensuring exceptional customer care at our points of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and process cash, mobile money, and electronic card payments from patrons.
- Issue official receipts, bills, and change accurately and promptly.
- Balance the cash register and reconcile daily sales figures at the start and end of shifts.
- Maintain high integrity and accountability in all financial handling.
- Collaborate seamlessly with waitresses, bartenders, and supervisors to deliver smooth guest service.
Requirements:
- Must have a Full Grade 12 Certificate .
- Must be self-driven, motivated, and dependable.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and basic numeracy skills.
- Good verbal communication and polite customer service demeanor.
- Previous experience as a cashier in hospitality or retail is an added advantage.
