Hongyuan Engineering Company Limited is seeking a qualified female Accountant to join their team on a full-time, site-based position. Key Responsibilities for the Accountant Role
- Record and maintain accurate daily site expenses and financial accounts.
- Manage petty cash and verify all expense claims and supplier invoices.
- Prepare payroll records and schedule payments efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts with subcontractors, equipment, and material suppliers to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of fuel consumption, equipment operating hours, and material purchases.
- Generate regular financial reports and collaborate closely with site management teams.
Qualifications and Experience Required for Accountant Jobs in Zambia
- Female candidate holding a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated honesty, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on project sites across Zambia.
- Experience in construction site accounting is an advantage.
Employment Details and Salary
This is a full-time position based at various project sites in Zambia. The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
