Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and hardworking professionals to fill the position of Accountant (1 Vacancy) .

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy , ZICA Licentiate / CA Zambia, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) .
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• No criminal record.
• Prior accounting experience in retail, petroleum, or trading business is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP) and advanced MS Excel.

Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Relevant accounting qualifications and in-depth knowledge of maintaining financial records and ledger accounts.
• Prepare daily sales reconciliations, bank deposits, and cash flow reports across filling station operations.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier invoices for fuel and lubricants.
• Manage payroll, statutory remittances (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA), and tax compliance.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inventory audits, and financial reporting.
