TENDER IDENTIFICATION; TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY REAGENTS AND CONSUMABLE.
NATURE OF PROCUREMENT; LABORATORY REAGENTS AND CONSUMABLE. The Government of the Republic of Zambia has towards supply and delivery of Laboratory Reagents and Consumable.
1. Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency now invites bids for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Reagents and Consumable as follows:
Lot 1; HIV Test Kits
Lot 2; Anti-Sera
Lot 3; Antimicrobial Susceptibility Commodities
Lot 4; General Laboratory Commodities
Lot 5; Agar & Biochemical Test Media
Lot 6; Stains & Hazardous Commodities
Lot 7; Microbial Identification Discs
Lot 8; Serological Commodities
2. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (OBN) Method of Procurement. Participation under this Initial Tender is Limited to Citizen Bidders only as outlined under Section 39(2) of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.
3. To be eligible to participate under this Tender, the Directors of the company participating must be Zambian Citizens and the company incorporated by PACRA.A Bidder that is under a declaration of ineligibility by ZPPA is NOT eligible to participate.
4. The Evaluations under this Tender shall take into account Preliminary, Technical, Commercial, Financial evaluation and Price Reasonableness Analysis. The Tender shall be evaluated Lot by Lot.
5. Provision of after sale service is required.
6. Bidding shall be conducted through the Electronic Government Procurement Platform (eGP) system.
7. Bidding documents may be purchased from the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) e-GP Platform at a non-refundable fee of ZMW1,000.00.
8. The bids should be indicated "Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents and Consumable" and must be submitted through the Electronic Government Procurement System on or before Thursday 16 February, 2023 at 10:30 hours system time.
9. Late Bids will not be accepted. The Tender document in English may be obtained by logging in via the ZPPA e-GP Website at https://eprocure.zppa.org.zm.
10. Bidders may obtain further information by submitting electronic requests for clarification in the e-GP System.
11. The deadline for clarifications shall be Friday, 28° February 2023 at 15:30 system time.
12. The bids should be indicated on the cover letter "Tender for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Reagents and Consumable".

13. Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours system time on Thursday, 28 February, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
