JOB DETAILS:
Kagem is seeking remarkable candidates to join the team, in the position of Superintendent- Domain Awareness Center (DAC).
SUPERINTENDENT-DOMAIN AWARENESS CENTER (DAC) (x5) Reports to: Assistant Manager Security Domain Awareness Center (DAC)
Job Purpose: To ensure that the Domain Awareness Center is operational.

Principle Accountabilities
• Ensure DAC equipment such as Auto tracker, Radio, Body Cam, Quori, and internes systems are working, if not, report to Assistant Manager DAC
• Make Occurrence Book (OB) entries and reports.
• Monitoring of the Auto tracker to always ensure knowledge and awareness of the location of patrol vehicles.
• Monitor drone screen live feed and report any findings
• Preparation of DAC daily report which will include the total number of illegal miners seen by drones, guard posts, and patrol teams.
• Submit all information received from patrol teams to the DAC Assistant Manager prior to shift end.
• Refer occurrences incidents or any accident to the emergency file contact list and follow the stipulated steps to complete the document.
• Report any untoward incident or any breach of the procedure immediately.
• Any other duty as directed by the Duty Manager or Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field Minimum 2 years in the field or similar field.
• Professional Certification from recognized Professional Field.
• Well-versed with MS Office.
• Experience in Security Operational Systems-CCTV, DJI Flight, Auto tracker, TrboNet, Quori and Body Cam.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify small, apparently unnoticeable details that most people would ordinarily overlook.
•Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of Vigilance
• Ability to work in a multicultural organization.
