Job Duties And Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by making information instantly available
• Persists in sales to meet their sales target.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity when dealing with clients, ensures they give clear information of products and services as considered by management.
• Uphold company image
• Schedules meetings and appointments with clients
• Goes in the field to source for new business leads
• Submits daily, weekly and monthly sales report
• Makes product knowledge instantly available to him/herself and other salespeople via various resources
• Find different ways to sell products, should use lots of initiative
• Researches client base in order to find new customers and develop new sales leads.
• Build a good rapport with clients to ensure Customer Retention
• Creates and analyze a plan for engaging the target customers market
• Analyzes the competition in order to create a plan for making engagement.
• Demonstrates time management skills and meets the deadlines for sales

Requirements :
• Degree/ Diploma in business, marketing, or another related field.
• Proven work experience as a marketing and sales executive.
• 8-10 years work experience in Sales
• Knowledge of modern techniques for Sales & marketing.
• High-level networking and communication skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Must have a Valid driver’s licence.
• Can drive a motor bike is added advantage.
