Senior Quantity Surveyor – Building

Requirements:

• Sound references
• Able to build relationships quickly
• Excellent Communication skills
• High personal & professional level of intergrity
• Confident, initiative and exceptional follow-through skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective and proatctive planner & organiser
• Competent in carrying out duties
• Proven experience in construction industry
• Computer literate
• Disciplined, Committed and preferably of sober character
• Former trainings in this field must be shown

Qualifications

• Must be a holder of a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Similar Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
• Experience in Building or Civial Projects
• Preferebly with experience working with main contractor
• Valid professional membership
