SELECTION OF AN INSURANCE BROKERAGE FIRM TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR DAI SCALING UP NUTRITION TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROJECT (SUN TA) EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN ZAMBIA - NO. RFP- SUNTA-LUS-22-0350
DAI, the implementer of the USAID funded Scaling Up Nutrition Technical Assistance (SUN TA) Project, invites qualified offerors to submit proposals for the provision of Comprehensive Medical and Health Insurance Coverage for approximate 501 number of Staff Members including their Dependents in Zambia in support of program implementation as part of the employment package offered by DAI (SUN TA program) to its staff, all the employees and their dependents are entitled to receive a Comprehensive Medical and Health Coverage.
Therefore, DAI under the USAID SUN TA project is looking for a Medical Insurance Provider that has the relevant Professional Skills; Experience and Technical Resources to provide a Comprehensive Medical and Health Insurance Coverage to its Employees and their Dependents situated in Lusaka, Ndola, Kabwe, Mumbwa, Chibombo, Kasama, Kitwe, Kapiri-Mposhi, Samfya, Mansa, Nehelenge, Luwingu, Kaputa and Mbala Districts.
