JOB DETAILS:
1. SITE MANAGER (1 position)

Key Responsibilities:
1. coordinating and supervising construction workers.
2. selecting tools and materials.
3. making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
4. checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

Requirements
1. Diploma in civil engineering/architecture/quantity surveying/ building construction
2. EIZ Registered with valid 2023 practicing license
3. at least 3 years experience

2. PROJECT MANAGER(1 position)
Specific responsibilities of the project manager:
The project manager, operating within agreed reporting structures, will be responsible for:
1. Designing and applying appropriate project management standards
2. Managing the production of the required deliverables
3. planning and monitoring the project
4. adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
5. preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required
6. managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
7. liaison with programme management and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
8. monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
9. applying change control and configuration management processes
reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
10. liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
11. Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
12. managing project administration
conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
13. preparing any follow-on action recommendations
