Headquartered in Lusaka, it is an independent, legally separate entity whose remit is to channel the resulting debt-conversion savings into distribution network investment and upgrades, in line with Zambia’s Integrated Resource Plan, Integrated Distribution Plan, and wider national energy reforms.
