The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and persuasive  Outbound Sales Representative . Your primary mission will be to fill the seats of our premium Public Programs and maximize attendance at our strategic marketing events.

This is a hunter role. You will be the voice of FranklinCovey Zambia, reaching out to HR directors, C-level executives, and learning & development managers across the region to help them identify skill gaps and match them with our world-class offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Outbound Prospecting:  Conduct daily cold calls, warm follow-ups, and email outreach to corporate decision-makers, HR professionals, and past participants.
• Campaign Execution:  Drive ticket sales for upcoming FranklinCovey public workshops, webinars, and high-profile marketing events.
• Lead Nurturing:  Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and rapidly convert them into paid event attendees or program delegates.
• Relationship Management:  Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of touchpoints, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Value-Based Selling:  Move beyond “ticket selling” to understand a client’s business pain points and position FranklinCovey programs as the ultimate solution.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience:  Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, B2B a plus.
• Communication Mastery:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must sound professional, polished, and confident when speaking to senior executives.
• Resilience & Drive:  A thick skin and a high-energy mindset. You view “no” as a stepping stone to a “yes” and are motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
• Tech Savviness:  Experience working with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic digital tools to track your sales pipeline.
