JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
To provide day to day oversight of the Network Operating Center operations for Airtel Zambia and operational support on a 24/7/365 for Airtel Zambia customers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Timely Surveillance and Escalation of Alarms from the Network Operating Centre (NOC).
• Full Outage / Performance Reconciliation.
• Conduct daily uptime and other KPI reconciliation with partners, tagging incidents with correct RFO and outage bucket.
• Conduct daily, weekly and Monthly Sign off of performance with passive vendor and active MSP for RnP computations.
• Effective governance of Partners.
• Process adherence.
• Regulatory, Occupational Health and safety Compliance.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
A degree in Telecom Engineering.
IP Literate (CCNA /CCNP certified preferable).
Relevant Experience:
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in Telecommunications of which 3 years should be in a management role in an operations related field.
