The Zambia Library Service (ZLS) and the Centre for eLearning and Information Technology Research (CEIR Zambia) jointly established the Digital and Technology Literacy Skills (DTLS) programme under the Ministry of Education (MoE) with the development goal of improving library service and the quality of education delivery through digital technologies. To achieve this, DTLS aims to increase access to, and use of, sustainable library services and digital technologies by learners, professionals, men, women and youth in Zambia. The Programme targeted 60-80 districts consisting of 2.25 million learners, 18,000 gatekeepers, 150,000 men and women in communities of the ten (10) Provinces of Zambia as direct beneficiaries. At least 70% of the target beneficiaries were expected to be learners and 30% youth. The MOU for the DTLS programme between GRZ, MoE and CEIR Zambia is being signed in March 2023. The Zambia Library Service (ZLS) is the Lead Programme Agency and has overall responsibility for the implementation of the Programme with technical support from CEIR Zambia through solicited support from the Teach-n-Africa (TNA). With a duration of five (5) years, DTLS is due for completion by 31st January 2028.

6. Freelance Lecturer – College
Qualifications and Skills
1. Must be qualified Holder of a professional qualification and Bachelors Degree
2. Good at Basic Computer Skills
3. Proficient in English
4. Good interpersonal Skills
