JOB DETAILS:

Roles
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing manager and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail)
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Specifying a company’s target audience based on market research
• Cultivating relationships with potential customers like prospects and leads so as to build the company’s clientele
• Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public’s perception of the company’s brand
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
• Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
• And any other assigned by immediate supervisor

Skills, experience and qualifications required
• Prior experience as a Marketer or a related role.
• He or she must on be on all social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram , etc.
• Reading business books is a must e.g. Rich Dad Poor Dad ,
• Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods.
• Driver’s licence is a must.2+ year of experience in the same field or position.
• Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Well versed in reading business books and a business acumen.
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• From 25 to 34 years
