Job Description
Job Purpose
The Manager Digital Solutions & Innovations will be responsible for the implementation of innovative solutions that will contribute towards the diversification of INFRATEL’s service offerings. The Manager will contribute towards INFRATEL’s service mix to lean towards digital and data analytics services beyond data centre infrastructure. The Manager will analyze business development requirements andcurrent digital transformation trends and convert them into viable digitalproducts for the mass-market. The Manager will make recommendations regarding digital product development and digital product development strategies that areintended to grow INFRATEL revenues. The Manager will ensure quality ,scalableand enterprise grade solutions are developed, well tested and supported.

Requirements Collection
Collect, Document and Review Customer Requirements Interpret requirements for the developers Software Design & Analysis
Design and Model software solutions based on collected requirements Develop and maintain effective systems and software for bothinternal and external stakeholders Software Development, Integrations & Maintenance
Proficiency in developing full stack Proficiency in various languages such as Java, PhP, C#,Python, JavaScript etc. Developing server-side solutions following industry bestpractices Integrate software applications for internal and externaluse Customise Software Solutions for internal and externalcustomers Ability to work with various types of databases – design andperformance tuning Software Testing
Review and debug code Perform Validation and Verification Testing Perform Sign Offs for each and every project Perform comprehensive and documented unit, integrated andregression testing for all software products Software Deployment & Commissioning
Plan strategies for software deployment Maintain software releases, versions and patches Systems Training and Documentation
Maintain documentation for all systems Train users for various applications Software Quality
Create and execute detailed test scripts, test plans andtest cases Work closely with developers to create test specifications. Technology Updates
Update Management on all relevant trends and changes in theSoftware Development industry
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/Information Systems/Information Technology or a related field
Must be a member of ICTAZ
Minimum of Six (6) years’Experience with a strong focus in Software Development
