JOB DETAILS:
Metal Fabricators of Zambia Plc (ZAMEFA) is a wire and cable manufacturing company for the domestic and foreign markets. Its major operations are in Luanshya on the Copper belt Province and it is a unit of CBI-electric group under the auspices of Reunert group of Companies which manage a portfolio of businesses in the fields of electrical engineering, information communication technologies and applied electronics. Zamefa wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the above position:
Duties :
• Promoting Employee Relations and Optimizing Performance Utilization
• Handle all Industrial Relations/Union related matters
• Administer certification and accreditation of permits and certificates from Institutions enacted by Laws of Zambia; and further implement revised and aligned Human Resources policies and systems
• To ensure that employees are aware of and operate in accordance with the Organization procedures, guidelines, safety, statutory & regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications/Experience
• Grade Twelve certificate
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences
• Competent in computer-word, excel, power point, Visual
• Member of ZIHRM
• Minimum age: 30 years
• Five (05) years and above working experience at senior management level
• Good interpersonal skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
