JOB DETAILS:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the production and manufacturing of a high-end furniture products. This role is responsible for overall business operations, ensuring clear communication and efficiency with the highest degree of professionalism. The individual in this position will be required to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design and shop fitting industry with a verifiable record of producing a high level of custom work for clients or in furniture manufacturing. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate the staff is a must, along with a passion for furniture, design, and Shop fitting Installations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage whole factory operations & manpower.
• Execute production of custom furniture orders.
• Ensure effectiveness of interiors fit-out installation.
• Plan and schedule production of custom furniture orders.
• Study interior Kitchen and Shop fitting project drawings
• Provide technical advice on joinery and installation.
• Lead and supervise staff performance.
• Monitor on-time production and installations.
• Liaise and monitor outsourced work quality and progress
• Oversee the management of stores and logistics.

Requirements :
• 5 – 10+ years of interior design project management or furniture manufacturing.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office; MaxCut and any interior designing software (CAD) a major plus.
• Positive personality with the ability to inspire and motivate staff in a team environment.
• Must have strong work ethic, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
• Must love a fast-paced creative environment.
• A passion for the Shop fitting / furniture and the production process.
• Furniture construction knowledge
• Familiar with woodworking machinery
• Experienced in Joinery Installation
• Can read technical drawings
• Carpentry works
