Key Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to MTN Mobile Money Project and Change Management processes;
- Ensures compliance with MTN Mobile Money IT Security Policy;
- Drives technology partners, product owners, external partners to complete their tasks and achieve project miles stones;
- Requests and secures resources needed by Project Delivery team’s;
- Supports delivery of projects in line with SDLC process;
- Interfaces between Business and Vendor project teams;
- Deputizing the Manager: Demand/PMO as and when needed.
Candidate Experience and Expectations
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
- one-year Mobile Money, Fintech or Banking technology experience with emphasis on project support;
- Formal training in agile project delivery methodologies is an advantage;
- In depth knowledge of IT and the IT technology roadmaps;
- Knowledge of project management and Awareness of Fintech trends;
- Understanding of IT and Telecommunications industry and key trends;
- Broad knowledge of Implementation Platforms;
- Understanding of how this area fits into the overall blueprint Architecture of IS.
