# FARM WORKER VACANCY

**Bamboo Hill Farm** is looking for a hardworking, responsible, and experienced **Farm Worker** to join our agricultural operations.

### Position: Farm Worker

### Minimum Qualifications

– Certificate in **General Agriculture** or a related agricultural qualification.
– Practical experience in agricultural production.
– Experience in **crop production, broiler poultry production, and fish farming**.
– Good knowledge of general farm operations.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours.

### Required Experience

**Crop Production**

– Land preparation, planting, transplanting, and harvesting.
– Fertilizer application and crop nutrition.
– Irrigation and general crop maintenance.
– Pest and disease identification and control.
– Weeding and field management.

**Broiler Poultry Production**

– Brooding and broiler management.
– Feeding and watering.
– Monitoring bird health and growth.
– Poultry house hygiene and biosecurity.
– Recording mortality and feed usage.
– General poultry management.

**Fish Farming**

– Fish feeding and monitoring.
– Pond/tank management.
– Water quality monitoring.
– Monitoring fish growth and mortality.
– General fish-farming activities.

### Key Responsibilities

– Assist with daily crop, poultry, and fish production activities.
– Follow farm production schedules and instructions.
– Maintain good hygiene and biosecurity standards.
– Monitor crops, poultry, and fish and report problems promptly.
– Maintain accurate production records.
– Properly use and care for farm tools and equipment.
– Assist with harvesting, packing, and other general farm duties.
