MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, prepare and deliver quality Cinyanja lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess, track and record student progress through tests, assignments and practical exercises.
• Create interactive learning materials to foster active language engagement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive learning environment rooted in Christian values.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events and parent-teacher consultations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialisation in Languages.
• Valid teaching licence or registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
• Proven teaching experience in primary-school settings will be an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of the new local-language curriculum and modern pedagogical techniques.
• Passion for teaching and fostering language fluency in learners.
