Beachfront Hills is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance of all resort buildings, equipment, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage the engineering department budget and project costs.

• Supervise and train the maintenance team (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
