SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The First Officer will take all reasonable steps to:

a) maintain familiarity with relevant Zambian aviation laws (ZCARs) and International air legislation and agreed aviation practices and procedures;

b) maintain familiarity with such provisions of the Proflight Operations Manual as are necessary to fulfil his function;

c) assist the commander as requested, concerning administrative duties in relation to the flight; and

d) support the commander in the maintenance of a proper standard of crew discipline, conduct and personal appearance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2500 hrs total time
• PIC 100 hrs time on CRJ100/200 and 500 hrs PIC on equivalent jet aircraft type
• Proflight will consider providing Type Rating Training to suitable candidates with 1000 PIC on equivalent Jet Aircraft types
• Multi-Crew Cooperation qualification (MCC)
• Preference will be given to Zambian Citizen or resident
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
