Job Responsibilities

·    Oversee day-to-day operations

•    Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

•    Set policies and processes

•    Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

•    Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

•    Prepare regular reports for management

•    Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

•    Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) To ensure adequate and improved company operations through means of systems and procedures.

•     To improve factory productivity, methods, and automation to reduce reliance on labor and improve maintenance performance results.

•     To contribute to company and product range growth.

•     To ensure variance control in production and warehouse.

• Education – Graduate
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales & marketing of bucket, dishes, cutlery, plastic plates etc and basic production knowledge of plastic production.
