Rhodes Park Schools Group Limited is urgently looking for the following:

1. Temporal Human Resources Assistant (x1)

Qualifications

1. Must have a Grade 12 Certificate
2. Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or any other related Social Science
3. Valid Practising Certificate from Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
4. Atleast one (1) year Human Resource Generalist experience
5. Must possess a good understanding of the labor laws
6. Strong interpersonal and team building skills
7. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make a presentation
8. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning employees and employee records.

2. Teacher of Chemistry and Physics (x2)

Qualifications

1. Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits or better
2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialization in Chemistry and Physics
3. Ability to teach up to A-Level
4. Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia
5. Qualifications verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority
6. Familiarity with ECZ and Cambridge assessment systems
7. Minimum of three (3) years teaching experience
8. Strong subject mastery in Chemistry and Physics
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills

3. Swimming Coach (x1)

Qualifications

1. Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 Credit or better
2. A Secondary Teacher’s diploma in Physical Education with a bias towards swimming with two years working experience in a reputable organization. A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage
3. Swimming Coach/Instructor/Lifeguarding and Water Safety Certifications like ASCA/FINA or any other equivalents
4. Qualified teacher registered and licensed with The Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
5. Basic First Aid Training
6. Confident and Knowledgeable Swimmer with a good Track-Record in Instructing
7. The ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
8. Good communication skills, both oral and written

4. Teacher of French (x1)

Qualifications

1. Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 Credit or better
2. A Secondary Teacher’s diploma in French and English with 2 years’ working experience in a reputable School. A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage
3. Qualified teacher registered and licensed with The Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
4. Must be familiar with the school pathways of Examinations Councils of Zambia (ECZ) and Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE)
5. A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
6. Good communication skills, both oral and written
7. Good administrative and interpersonal skills
